Innovative Skill Bridge was born out of the lived experiences of our founder, Ajide Oluwamayowa. Living in Ayobo, Lagos, he witnessed young men and women hustling hard, selling akara at dawn, driving Uber by night yet still locked out of real opportunities. He watched neighbors clutch certificates that led nowhere, and saw young dreamers struggle to learn coding from cracked screens without internet access.
These moments sparked a resolve: to build a place where raw talent meets real opportunity. Ajide envisioned a hub that doesn’t just train, but transforms—where learners gain practical skills, mentorship, and the confidence to compete globally.
Now in his early thirties, Ajide stands as proof that resilience can birth revolutions. His journey from Ayobo’s streets to boardrooms and classrooms across Africa is the blueprint behind ISB.
His mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure no young dreamer is left behind.
For Ajide Mayowa, Innovative Skill Bridge isn’t just an institution, it’s a promise to his community, a movement to empower Africa’s next generation, and a bridge from survival to success.
